As the state and county starts to reopen and makes its way back to some sort of normalcy again, we wanted to update our client family on our next phase of reopening plans. We have and continue to follow the CDC guidelines throughout the pandemic. We have appreciated your trust and your support through one of the most difficult and stressful times we have had to endure.
Phase two of WRAH re opening plan starts July 1st 2021.
At this time, all appointments will be allowed in the building. Yay! Including food and medication pick up, urgent care appointments, euthanasia’s, and surgery drop off and pick up.
Purrs and Paws Lodge boarding will continue to do drop off and pick up at curbside.
Please continue to call when you arrive to your appointment and state what number space you are parked in. A team member will be out shortly to bring you and your pet into the hospital for your visit. This will continue to reduce the amount of congestion in the lobby.
If you would rather stay as a curbside appointment we have that option available as well. Just let us know when making your appointment that you would prefer curbside.
Each pet visit will now allow 2 client family members in the appointment.
Masks will not be required for vaccinated clients. However, masks will continue to be required for all unvaccinated clients. Please feel free to wear a mask even if vaccinated if that makes you feel more comfortable. We are a mask friendly business and anyone who wants to continue wearing a mask may do so.
We will continue to take payments in the rooms after your visit and this will be routine moving forward.
After over a year we are extremely excited to have our client family back in the building and have missed everyone and their pets so very much. Like everyone we learned how to handle situations as they came up and had to become creative in our new normal over the past year. We want to thank you again for your support and understanding as we committed in keeping our team and client family safe. As always, we continue to be here for you and your pets as well as the community. We will continue to update you as needed or if there are any changes that arise.
