Dr. Ashley Lauck
Dr. Ashley Lauck was born and raised on a farm in Fort Morgan, CO where she developed a love for animals at a very young age. For as long as she can remember she has dreamed of becoming a veterinarian to help both people and their pets and now she gets to live that dream every day. She received her bachelor’s in Biomedical Sciences from Colorado State University in 2018 and then continued on to earn her DVM from CSU in 2022. While in school her love for animals only grew and she discovered a passion for surgery, preventative care and building close relationships with clients and their pets. After graduation, she volunteered for a weeklong clinic in Fort Peck, MT- offering free surgeries, vaccines and care to the pets on the reservation. This was such a rewarding experience all around that she hopes to have the opportunity to return there and others like it in the future.
Upon completing her degrees she was pulled back to her roots in Fort Morgan where she lives with her Saint Bernard, Decker, and is currently the high school JV volleyball coach. In her free time she enjoys running, playing volleyball, anything outdoors, cheering on her favorite sports teams, DIY projects and spending time with family, friends and of course her giant fur baby. She’s also a HUGE Harry Potter fan and LOVES tacos, nerds gummy clusters and cheesecake.
Her favorite part about veterinary medicine is that no day is ever the same and she is constantly learning new things. She is so excited to join the West Ridge Animal Hospital team to serve the Greeley and surrounding communities while continuing to build her skills and knowledge as a veterinarian!
